  2. Add your agency details (logo, brand colour and GSTIN are optional) and the client's details.
  3. Select services from the catalogue. Each adds editable scope-of-work and deliverable starting text, plus a pricing line for you to price.
  4. Write or draft the introduction, objectives and scope with Draft with AI, then edit everything to fit the client.
  5. Add milestones with due dates, then price each line as one-time, monthly or per unit, with an optional discount and GST.
  6. Review the payment terms, exclusions, assumptions and terms, check the preview, and download the PDF. Sign in to save drafts and reopen them later.

How the totals are calculated

  • Amounts are worked out in whole paise, so there are no floating-point errors
  • Line amount = quantity × unit price, rounded to the nearest paisa (half a paisa rounds up)
  • One-time and per-unit lines make up the one-time total; monthly lines make up a separate monthly total
  • A percentage discount applies to each subtotal; a fixed discount applies to the group you choose. Taxable value = subtotal − discount
  • GST is calculated on the taxable value. Same state: CGST and SGST at half the rate each, each rounded to the nearest paisa. Different state: IGST at the full rate
  • Example: ₹1,00,000 with a 10% discount and 18% GST within the state = ₹90,000 + ₹8,100 CGST + ₹8,100 SGST = ₹1,06,200
  • The grand total is the one-time total plus the monthly total for the first month, or for the whole minimum term if you set one. It's also written in words using lakh and crore
