Email Signature Generator

Create a professional HTML email signature with your name, role, contact details, logo or photo, social links and brand colour. Choose from three layouts, preview it live, and copy it straight into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. The code uses tables and inline styles, which email apps display reliably.

How to use it

  1. Fill in your name, job title, company and the contact details you want to show. Leave out anything you don't need.
  2. Optionally add a logo or photo by pasting an https:// link to an image that's already online.
  3. Add your LinkedIn, Instagram, X or YouTube profile links, and set your brand colour.
  4. Choose a layout and check the live preview.
  5. Press “Copy as rich text” and paste into your email app's signature settings, or copy the HTML or download it as a file.

How the signature is built

  • The signature is a table with inline styles and web-safe fonts (Arial, Helvetica). It has no external stylesheets, scripts or web fonts, because most email apps strip or block them.
  • Everything you type is HTML-escaped, so characters such as <, > and & display as text and can't break the layout or inject code.
  • Links must be http:// or https:// addresses (an address typed without one gets https:// added). Other schemes such as javascript: or data: are rejected. Social links must point to the matching site.
  • The image must be an https:// link. Images aren't uploaded or stored here; your email app loads the image from its link each time the email is opened.
  • Phone numbers become tel: links and email addresses become mailto: links, so they're tappable on phones.
  • The preview is shown in a sandboxed frame with scripts disabled, exactly as the HTML will be pasted.
