Information we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, so that we can reply to you.

Metadata Cleaner and Gemini Watermark Remover: the files you inspect, clean or edit are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. You pay ₹1 from your own UPI app directly to our UPI ID; as with any UPI transfer, your bank shows us the payer name and UPI ID for that payment. On our server we keep only a random order reference, the amount, timestamps and the session expiry time, which are not linked to your name or UPI ID.

Technical data: like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: one keeps administrators signed in, and our tools use one to link a payment request to your browser and one to hold your 30-minute session. They contain random identifiers, expire automatically and are not used for advertising or tracking.

How we use information

To respond to enquiries, provide and secure our services, process payments, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website — such as our hosting provider — and when required by law.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our records, then deleted. Payment and session records are kept for as long as required for accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Contact us through our contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use HTTPS, restrict administrative access with server-side authentication, and design tools such as the Metadata Cleaner so that your files never leave your device. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Our services are intended for adults and businesses and are not directed to children under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
