Content on this website, including articles, community, events and jobs information, is provided for general information. Professional services are delivered under separate quotations or agreements, which take precedence over these terms for those services.

BrandNXT tools

A payment of ₹1 unlocks all BrandNXT tools (the Metadata Cleaner and the Gemini Watermark Remover) for 30 minutes on the browser where you confirm the payment, starting when you confirm it. By tapping “I’ve paid” you confirm that you have paid ₹1 to the UPI ID shown on the payment screen. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Files cleaned during a session can still be downloaded after it ends.

Files are processed on your device. You are responsible for the files you process and for checking the results before you share them. The tool removes the metadata it supports and reports what it kept or could not check; it cannot remove information that is visible in a file (such as faces, text or landmarks) or invisible watermarks, and it does not guarantee that a file is fully anonymous.

The Gemini Watermark Remover removes only the visible Gemini logo; it does not remove invisible watermarks such as SynthID. Use it only on images you created or have permission to edit, and follow the rules of the platforms where you publish them.

Payments

Payments are made from your own UPI app directly to the UPI ID shown on the payment screen. They are not checked automatically when you unlock the tools; unlocking without paying is a breach of these terms. We never receive your UPI PIN, card or bank details. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, bypass payment or access controls, upload malicious content, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics and software belong to BrandNXT or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer

The website and tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BrandNXT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a paid tool is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
