Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear rules for the ₹1 tool session and other payments.
Tool sessions (₹1)
A session is a digital service that starts as soon as you confirm your payment and lasts 30 minutes. Because it is delivered immediately, a session is not refundable once it has been activated.
When we refund
We refund the full ₹1 if money was deducted but no session was activated, if you were charged more than once for the same session, or if a fault on our side prevented you from using a session.
To request a refund, contact us through our contact page within 7 days of the payment, with the date, time and UPI transaction reference. Approved refunds are sent back to the UPI ID that made the payment.
Cancellation
There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel. Sessions end automatically after 30 minutes.
Other services
Refunds and cancellations for professional services are governed by the quotation or agreement for that engagement.
