Instagram Caption Generator

How to use it

1. Enter your brand name and what the post is about. Add the target audience if you know it.
2. Choose the goal of the post (engagement, awareness, drive to link in bio, promote an offer or educate), the tone and the language.
3. Add extra instructions for the AI generator if you need to, such as words to avoid, and press Generate.
4. Edit the captions, hooks and calls to action in place. Each caption shows its character count against Instagram's 2,200 limit.
5. Press Regenerate for another variation, or swap in a different hook yourself. Copy a single item, use Copy all or Export .md, and use Save at the top of the tool if you're signed in.

How it works

• AI mode is used only when an AI provider is set up on BrandNXT. Your brief goes from BrandNXT's server to the model, which is told to use only the facts you give and never to invent statistics, prices, testimonials or guarantees.
• In AI mode the model is asked for 3 captions (a strong first line, short paragraphs, a clear call to action and up to 5 relevant hashtags at the end), plus 5 alternative hooks and 3 calls to action.
• Template mode (labelled “Template output”) builds each caption from a hook, your post description, your brand name, a call to action that matches the goal you chose, and up to five hashtags made from your own words.
• The template writes its wording in Hindi or English. Your brand and topic are inserted exactly as you typed them, so type them in Hindi if you want fully Hindi captions.
• 2,200 characters is Instagram's caption maximum. The counter turns amber if a caption goes over.
• Regenerate gives another variation: a fresh set in AI mode, or a different combination of hooks and calls to action in template mode.
