Email Campaign Generator

How to use it

1. Enter your brand, offer and target audience, and choose the campaign type.
2. Choose 3 or 5 emails, list what makes you different (facts only), and add the button or link action.
3. If there's a genuine deadline, enter it. Leave it empty otherwise: the sequence won't invent one.
4. Choose the tone and language, add extra instructions for the AI generator if needed, and press Generate.
5. Edit each email in place. Swap [First name] for your email tool's merge tag, and check the subject and preview counters (60 and 90 characters).
6. Press Regenerate for another variation, then Copy a single email, Copy all or Export .md. Signed in, use Save at the top of the tool.

How it works

• AI mode is used only when an AI provider is set up on BrandNXT. Your brief goes from BrandNXT's server to the model, which is told to use only the facts you give, never to invent statistics, testimonials, prices, discounts or guarantees, and to mention a deadline only if you gave one.
• Each email is laid out as “Email N · Day X — purpose”, then the subject, preview text, a greeting with [First name], the body, a [Button: …] line and a sign-off.
• Template mode (labelled “Template output”) follows a fixed plan for each campaign type (a welcome series runs on days 0, 2, 4, 7 and 10, for example) and fills it with your offer, audience and differentiators. Choosing 3 keeps the first, middle and last email. The re-engagement plan has four emails, so it gives four when you choose 5.
• A deadline appears only if you entered one, as “Available until …”. Without one, nothing in the emails creates urgency and the sending notes say so.
• Subject lines are checked against 60 characters and preview text against 90 as guides. Inboxes show different amounts depending on the app and screen.
• Template output for this tool is in English. Hindi emails need the AI generator.
