Buyer Persona Builder

Organise what you already know about your customers into a buyer persona: profile, goals, pain points, objections, buying journey, messaging angles, channels and questions to ask real customers. It's for businesses and marketers who want a shared picture of who they sell to. The persona is a hypothesis to test, and every section is editable.

How to use it

  1. Enter your brand, product or offer and industry, and choose whether you sell to consumers (B2C) or businesses (B2B).
  2. Describe what you know about your best customers: age range, role, location, situation and how they buy. This field is required.
  3. List the problems they want solved, one per line. Add their goals, objections and where they spend time or find you, if you know.
  4. Choose the language, add extra instructions for the AI generator if needed, and press Generate.
  5. Edit the persona in place. Press Regenerate for another variation, then Copy all or Export .md. Signed in, use Save at the top of the tool to keep it.

How it works

  • AI mode is used only when an AI provider is set up on BrandNXT. Your answers go from BrandNXT's server to the model, which is told to use only the facts you give, never to invent statistics or testimonials, to give the persona a descriptive label rather than an invented name or photo, and to mark unconfirmed channels “to test”.
  • Template mode (labelled “Template output”) organises your own entries into the persona sections and gives it a working label such as “The Careful Researcher”, so nobody mistakes it for a real person.
  • In the template, problems become pain points and messaging angles, and each objection gets a prompt to answer it with a fact, demonstration or policy you can stand behind.
  • Channels you name are marked as confirmed. Where you name none, the template suggests channels common for that kind of buyer and marks them to test before you commit budget.
  • B2B and B2C change the buying context: B2B assumes more than one person in the decision and a longer process.
  • Both modes finish with questions to ask real customers. Template output is in English; a Hindi persona needs the AI generator.
